40 Hour Course includes books and all materials   $450
Students attending Advance Real Estate Academy Classes learn the fundamentals of the real estate business, including agency, legal issues, financing principles, property management, appraisals, fair housing, ethical practices, as well as how to close a real estate transaction. Course graduates qualify for an examination to become a licensed real estate salesperson  in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  We are accepting registrations for the classes listed below.

Class size is limited to 16, so early registration is recommended.   

Registration forms are located on this page below.  Complete the registration form and mail or drop off at our convenient location in Bellingham, MA  along with a deposit of $150 (personal  or bank check and cash payment is accepted).

Salesperson's Pre-licensing 40 Hour Course

Masschusetts state law requires that all licensees in real estate who wish to maintain an active real estate license must complete 12 hours of continuing education.  Advance Real Estate Academy is licensed and approved to teach the continuing education program by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The modules are taught with live lecture and no exam is necessary for all continuing education classes.  There are 50+  MA approved modules and we will be rotating these courses throughout the year.

Please be sure to register in advance as seating is limited and  classes close out.
